Confirm before you travel
After booking a real ride, contact the driver to confirm the pickup point, departure time, vehicle and the number of passengers.
Travel thoughtfully
A safer journey starts with good information.
Cliq Along helps you make informed choices before sharing a ride. Please use your judgement and agree the details directly with the other person.
Keep your details private
Drivers’ phone numbers are shown only to people who have booked their ride. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information in ride notes.
Pay with care
Cliq Along does not take online payments. Agree on the fare and payment method directly with the driver; never send money to someone you cannot verify.
Know the difference
Practice rides feature fictional drivers and are clearly labelled. A practice reservation is not real transport and cannot result in pickup.
Trust your instincts
If a ride does not feel right, do not travel. You can cancel a reservation from My rides and make other arrangements.
