This page explains how the Cliq Along experience uses the information you provide. Review it before creating an account or offering a ride.
Trip and booking details
Ride listings show route, time, fare, vehicle, driver display name and public notes. Your bookings are accessible to you and the driver of that ride.
Driver contact
A driver’s phone number is stored separately from public ride listings. Only the driver and travellers who have booked that ride can see it.
Your choices
You can cancel your reservation or remove a ride you offered in My rides. Contact us with questions about your account or information.
Practice reservations
Sample rides are fictional practice examples; if you reserve one, the practice reservation is saved to your account so you can see the flow.
This is a plain-language overview, not a substitute for a formal legal privacy notice.
